At Unburdly, we aim to provide a safe, respectful, and meaningful emotional support experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Service  
Unburdly offers paid emotional support and listening services delivered in real time. Due to the personal and time-based nature of our services, completed or partially used sessions are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility  
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment was successfully completed, but the service was not initiated.
- Technical issues from our end prevented the session from starting.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment was made.

Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after the session has started.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or emotional outcomes.
- Missed sessions or delayed responses caused by the user.

Cancellation  
Users may request cancellation only before the session begins. Once a conversation or session has started, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund Process  
To request a refund, please contact us at support@unburdly.com within 24 hours of the transaction with the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Policy Updates  
Unburdly reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
